Return Process

- Receive Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
- Ship Your Return: Package the product securely and ship to our returns address
- Refund Processed: Once received, we'll inspect the product and process your refund within 5-7 business days
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- Unopened and in original packaging (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage
- We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Refund Method

Non-Returnable Items
Opened supplement products cannot be returned due to FDA regulations and safety standards.
