Return Process

  2. Receive Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship Your Return: Package the product securely and ship to our returns address
  4. Refund Processed: Once received, we'll inspect the product and process your refund within 5-7 business days

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unopened and in original packaging (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Include photos of the damage
  • We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened supplement products cannot be returned due to FDA regulations and safety standards.
